Ayurvedic Repair Mask
Our Ayurvedic Repair mask is made from 100% organic herbs. This mask was inspired from an ancient system of holistic health. Ayurveda has been around for more than 5,000 years and is still followed by many today. In our opinion, nothing comes close to the results of ayurvedic herbs for hair repair.
The star ingredient in this mask is Organic Cassia Obovata. It comes from a senna legume tree and is extremely beneficial for hair and scalp. It is strengthening, conditioning, and adds shine. It is also great at inhibiting scalp fungal infections and bacterial growth. Cassia will go into damaged hair and literally fill in gaps caused by breakage to fortify the strands. If you struggle with weak hair, this mask is definitely one to try!
Gotu Kola is used to strengthen hair and promote hair growth. It's also known to contain several antioxidants. Gotu kola is an age-old-herb and is one of the most popular Ayurvedic herbs. It's thought to increase hair length and stimulate hair growth by increasing blood circulation to the scalp.
Amla is a must in Ayurvedic hair care. It is strengthening, conditioning, helps to prevent greys, boosts volume, and reduces/prevents dandruff. It also stimulates hair growth.
Reishi mushroom is an herbal mushroom that has been used for various medicinal properties for centuries. Reishi mushrooms contain anti-inflammatory compounds that help protect fragile hair. They also improve blood circulation in your scalp which promotes hair growth.
Fenugreek is another Ayurvedic herb and it is packed with iron and protein. It helps to strengthen and restore luster. It is anti-inflammatory and reduces shedding.
Ginkgo biloba has been clinically shown to help slow the hair loss process down and even promote new growth. Ginkgo biloba extract is collected from the dried green leaves of the plant. It ignites the hair follicles and increases blood flow to the scalp.
Aloe vera contains vitamins A, C, and E. All three of these vitamins contribute to cell turnover, promoting healthy cell growth and shiny hair. Studies show that aloe vera helps resolve the scalp inflammation that dandruff causes. The fatty acids found in the aloe plant have anti-inflammatory properties.
It soothes the scalp and conditions hair. It can reduce dandruff and unblock hair follicles that may be blocked by excess oil. It also helps balance scalp pH.
Hibiscus flowers are rich in amino acids that are necessary for producing keratin, the building blocks of our hair. These flowers are capable of stimulating hair regrowth even from dormant follicles and bald patches. They help add shine and luster to your hair and prevent dandruff in your scalp. Rich in vitamin C and amino acids, the flowers improves the blood circulation under the scalp to stimulate healthy hair growth.
Bamboo soothes the scalp.
The high silica content in bamboo can have a variety of beneficial effects on your hair, which include faster, healthier hair growth. It also contains biotin.
The scent is very herbal, but also has peppermint essential oil so it will leave your scalp stimulated and tingly.
All hair-types will benefit from this mask.
Please beware that some individuals with white, blonde, or grey hair have reported that cassia adds a golden tint to their hair. Please do a test on shed hair before applying to your entire head.
