Domestic, U.S Shipping

Shipment Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-5 Business Days.

During peak or very busy times, processing may take 5-7 business days. 

** Please note** During winter months and snow storms, orders may be delayed. We can not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they have been shipped out.

 Shipping Rates 

Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight of the package. 

For US domestic, all orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. This does not apply to international orders. 

 

Shipment Confirmation + Order Tracking

You can expect to receive confirmation of your order within minutes of completing your order. You will receive a tracking email when the label for your order is created (within 3-5 business days). 

** Please Note ** There are occurrences where USPS does not scan the packages to update tracking information. Consciously Curly Co cannot be held responsible for this. We keep record of all packages dropped off at the facility, and once the item has been dropped off, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages.

Consciously Curly Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed

Consciously Curly Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to handling, please contact the USPS, directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your item leaked or has a faulty spray nozzle/pump, please contact us at contact@consciouslycurlyco.com 

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for sanitary purposes. We encourage you to start with a trial size to determine which products are right for you. We are also always happy to help! Send us a DM or email and we can help you navigate options.
