Why Book An Appointment?

If you are struggling with dialing into exactly what your hair needs to be it's healthiest, as well as how to style it according to it's texture and porosity; I am here to help. 

I will help you get clear on how to nurse your hair to health, best care for it, and what products to use or avoid based off of your hair texture and porosity. 

We will also address any questions you have in regard to styling, wrapping at night, or just general questions like when and why use a deep conditioner, or a protein treatment. 

Why Am I Offering Appointments?

Over the last two years of owning Consciously Curly Co, I've come to spend a big chunk of time answering DM's and emails- customizing routines and treatment cycles for my customers. Sending these lengthy messages back and forth never quite felt like enough. I didn't feel it was as helpful as getting to see each other and speaking real-time is. 

I've realized that you guys would benefit from me offering a service to help you figure out your hair and which products are best for it- I know it can be a real struggle!

I am so excited to get to meet you and share a more personal, custom-tailored experience with you! 

I am offering two services: Consultation Calls & Coaching Calls. 

Both services take place over zoom via video chat.

Consultation Call

Consultation calls are 45-minute video calls for new customers who are unsure of where to start. After finishing a consultation call, you will receive a 25% OFF coupon code to use on your first purchase of any amount. 

Together, we will figure out your hair's porosity, type, and texture. From there I will guide you on the best products and routines that will honor your hair AND your lifestyle.

We will find practical solutions that work for you. 

I will give you guidance and tips that are catered to your hair, specifically to get you started on your journey. 

You will leave the consultation feeling more confident and excited about the hair you were gifted with. Following our consultation call, I will send you a customized list of products and instructions, as well as other tips and reminders we discussed in your consultation.

After you book your appointment, you will receive a survey so that we can get the small stuff out of the way and dive right in on our call. Please have this filled out at least 48 hours prior to our call so I can be prepared to provide you with the most help possible. 

I will also send you a to-do list for our call so that you, too, can be prepared and ready to go!

Curly Coaching Call 

Coaching calls are 60-minute video calls for customers who need some help troubleshooting on their journey. I understand what it's like to try and try and try again, to no avail, to apply techniques you see online. There's nothing quite like having someone there to help you. 

Think of me as your hair sis who is showing you the ins-and-outs of caring for curls and textured hair. I can catch you where you stumble and help you figure out what's going wrong. We will find solutions that fit your schedule and answers to your issues. 

We can tackle anything ranging from how to Denman brush, plop, and diffuse to how to wrap at night. I'll even teach you how to do a braid if you need. Or how to braid in hair for micro-braids. Yup, your hair sis. 

During coaching calls, you can expect me to be taking my hair down, too, to give you real-time, face-to-face help and demonstration as needed. I will give you my undivided attention for the length of our visit, along with follow up information to assist you on your journey. 

Coaching calls are an hour-long and held via video chat on zoom.

Rescheduling / Cancelling 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please be sure to do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. **Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the booking will be charged full-price.
