Shroompoo is a cleansing shampoo that is perfect for using in-between clarifying washes. It is a step up from a moisturizing shampoo, but significantly more gentle than a clarifying shampoo. It will gently remove dirt without causing your hair to dry out.

What's Inside:

Organic tremella mushrooms can hold up to 500 times its weight in water! It forms a light film over hair strands, locking in moisture, thus helping to maintain the integrity of the hair. It is also a natural alternative to hyaluronic acid and silicones, leaving hair silky and shiny. 

Organic reishi mushrooms encourage blood circulation, which means more oxygen and hair-loving nutrients can travel to the scalp to promote healthy hair growth while reducing the likelihood of scalp conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and dandruff. Reishi has also been scientifically shown to reduce DHT which can lead to hair loss. 

Organic shiitake mushrooms improve scalp barrier strength, encourage faster skin renewal, and boost skin elasticity. Shiitake mushrooms are packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.

Probiotics keep the microbiome of the scalp in balance while increasing the scalp’s skin tone and elasticity, providing deep hydration and increasing cell turnover. They also help to reduce irritation.

Plant-based keratin strengthens the hair which helps reinforce and strengthen hair fibers. Keratin is a protein composed of 18 amino acids. It is one of the primary structural components of hair, nails, and the epidermis. Keratin keeps hair healthy and lessens damage.

Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, stimulates keratin production in hair and can increase the rate of follicle growth.

It is touted as a "volumizer" because it has been shown to lift the hair and add fullness.

Propanediol is a natural, green, propylene glycol alternative derived from corn sugar. It helps to improve moisturization in the scalp and hair, which further helps to reduce frizz and soften the hair.

Coco Glucoside is a mild, natural, sulfate-free, foaming surfactant. It is an eco-cert surfactant made from renewable raw materials such as coconut and fruit sugars

Cocamidopropyl betaine is a mild, sulfate-free, and biodegradable surfactant derived from renewable, natural resources. It helps to make the shampoo gentle on the skin and hair.
