Sea Kelp is loaded with vitamins and minerals that nourish the hair and promote shine. It contains vitamin A, which helps prevent a dry and itchy scalp, and vitamin E, which repairs damaged hair follicles. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids, which moisturize the hair and promote shine.

Murumuru butter is a lightweight emollient with a high content of fatty acids shown to penetrate the hair’s shaft. This allows for better moisture retention and sealing of the cuticle, resulting in softer, more moisturized hair. Along with providing an intense moisture boost, murumuru butter actually helps to restore hair health, thus improving strength, flexibility, and guarding against damage such as split ends and breakage.

Tremella mushroom can hold up to 500 times its weight in water! It forms a light film over hair strands, locking in moisture, thus helping to maintain the integrity of the hair. It is also a natural alternative to hyaluronic acid and silicones, leaving hair silky and shiny without weighing it down.

Shiitake mushrooms improve scalp barrier strength, encourage faster skin renewal, and boost skin elasticity. Shiitake mushrooms are packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.

Avocado oil is a lightweight emollient that helps your hair retain moisture, boost shine and elasticity, as well as prevent breakage and split ends. Avocado oil is also known for its UV ray protective abilities. The presence of tocopherol, carotenoid and fatty acids enables this fruit oil to act as a UV ray filter for your hair.

Babassu oil can deeply penetrate into the hair shaft consequently locking in moisture. It is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids that make it great for your skin and hair. It's also anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Babassu oil is rich in antioxidants, which are compounds that can help reduce cellular damage caused by harmful free radicals. It is loaded with lauric acid, and a blend of stearic acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid and oleic acids.These help to keep your hair youthful.

Tucuma butter revives damaged hair. It is light, fluffy, and non-comedogenic. Its high content of polyphenols fight free radicals to help retain elasticity. Its fatty acid content increases moisture levels and softness and adds shine to the strands. High amounts of vitamin A also contribute to a healthy, supple, oil-producing scalp for hair growth and length retention. Tucuma butter is an excellent choice for damaged hair in need of restructuring and stabilizing.

Broccoli seed oil is amazing at softening and adding shine to the hair. It is roughly 50% Erucic Acid which is an Omega 9 fatty acid that helps to give a glossy shine to hair. Broccoli Seed Oil has a light consistency and penetrates into the hair easily, it does not leave the hair greasy.

Betaine is extracted from sugar beets. It protects hair proteins by helping the keratin cells retain water, improving the volume and texture of the hair shaft. Moreover, the outer layer of the hair shaft becomes more durable and long-lasting. It also protects the hair from UV damage.

Panthenol is a readily available source of provitamin B-5. Provitamin B-5 binds the hair follicles and coats to seal in moisture. This is great for preventing dry hair and scalp due to heat styling. It builds a very thin layer of moisture along the surface of the hair to add shine, softness and pliability without added oils or greasiness. It is touted as a "volumizer" because it has been shown to lift the hair and add fullness.

Plant-based keratin is a vegetable alternative to animal keratin. It increases hair strength, enhances elasticity, helps protect hair from harsh salon processes, makes hair look more healthy and shiny, and improves the comb-ability of hair. Keratin is a protein composed of 18 amino acids. It is one of the primary structural components of hair, nails, and the epidermis. Keratin keeps hair healthy and lessens damage.

Cornsilk extract soothes the hair roots or follicles, thereby repairing damaged scalp as well as dry and brittle hair. It adds volume and body as well.

This leave-in comes in an aluminum bottle. The pump dispenser is plastic. 

If dropped, the bottle may dent, but will not shatter. 

The bottle may be slippery when wet.

The tip of the pump may be considered as sharp by some.
